    "it's okay to be happy"

In this episode I talk about my third article 'it's okay to be happy', which is all about that dreaded feeling you get when things in your life seem to be going well, but you aren't sure if you deserve it/you get suspicious of why things are looking up for you. You can read the full article on my website https://www.hollypatriciawrites.com/

    "you do you"

In this episode I talk about my second article 'you do you', which talks about how in your 20s (or at any age really) you can experience feeling unsure about where you are headed in life, and what it is exactly you want to do with you life. I bring Vanessa West on to talk about her experiences with all this, from a job offer in Hong Kong to being unable to work for years and how she worked through that. You can find the article at my website, https://www.hollypatriciawrites.com/

    "pandemic positives"

Welcome! This is the first episode of my podcast series based on the blogs i write on my website ( https://www.hollypatriciawrites.com/ ). This episode is based on my first article, where i talk about the positives that have come out of the pandemic. I recognise it has been an horrific situation for all involved, but also a real test and growing/healing period for most as well.
