    Adventures of Corona Camp

    Have you missed us? It's been a busy few weeks for the SUTC boys but we've squeezed in a recording! This episode we end up covering our recent trip with a group of friends deemed as 'Corona Camp'. Before you report us to Boris, no it is not a gathering of people who are COVID positive to celebrate their symptoms in harmony together. It's a getaway with a few friends (second year running) to unwind and relax after the lockdown restrictions were removed.  We also cover the Olympic Games and aftermath of the Euros final!     Well do we have an episode for you this week! I've got to be honest, we didn't plan ahead for this episode like we have with all the other twenty three episodes but this was a special one! From Karthik oversleeping and missing the recording by one hour to Ranjith recording the pod in his car, we had it all going on!  Today we talk about Leicester City doing it again and shocking the nation with their FA cup win, the Indian COVID variant, to whether we would sign a pre-nup, grime music, cheeky guilty pleasures, beard grooming, Nirujan's PS5 hunt update.     What a week its been! Within a few days of announcing the birth of the European Super League, we had chaos across the world! What is happening to football?! Is it actually about the fans or is it all about the money? It's  been a week of devastating news with the loss of another teenager's life, Fares Maatou who was tragically killed in Canning Town, Newham. Our condolences go to the family of Fares and we hope justice is served. On another note, it's also been a week of justice as Derek Chauvin was convicted of murdering George Floyd. In this episode we talk about the Black Lives Matters movement and police brutality. We then touch on what it means to be BAME. Is it okay to say BAME?
