In conjunction with my work as a social worker, therapist, consultant, and teacher I use the podcast to highlight observations and conversations about aspects of regular life with a therapeutic and sometimes woo-woo lens. I touch on media, movies, geeky subjects, current events (occasionally), and witchy stuff (since Bruja is Spanish for witch). Mostly I touch on mental health and recovery using all the aforementioned stuff to entertain and educate you, and sometimes even make you think! Happy listening!
