    Episode 20: G Gundam Pt. 1: Gundam Fight Ready, Go!

    We're celebrating our 20th episode with the series that served as the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Gundam franchise! To celebrate the legendary franchise, Sunrise Studio set out to create the first Gundam show set outside the Universal Century timeline and produce the first of several alternate timeline Gundam shows. With that idea in mind we were given Mobile Fighter G Gundam! In what is perhaps the most unique Gundam series in the entirety of the franchise, G Gundam stands out not only for not taking place in the UC timeline but also for both the massive amount of Gundams and for how it stayed more into the super robot genre as opposed to the real robot genre of past Gundam shows. On this episode, the guys take you through the first half of the series from Domon Kasshu's arrival on Earth to the climactic showdown between the Shining Gundam and the Devil Gundam!

    Berserk, arguably the greatest manga of all time, is our topic of discussion for this first of a very special Kentucky Fried Anime two-parter. Here on part 1 the guys discuss the first and second films of the Berserk: The Golden Age Arc trilogy, The Egg of the King and The Battle for Doldrey respectively. Follow along as we're introduced to such iconic characters as Guts, Griffith, Casca, and the rest of the Band of the Hawk as they carve a bloody path through the war torn country of Midland in pursuit of glory and dreams.
