    An instructor of Qi-Gong and meditation, our guest Jamie explains his journey from high-flying media executive to becoming the master of his own mind all the while showing that you can do the same too. This episode delves into Jamie's life experiences and the lessons he was able to absorb from trauma, addiction and hitting rock bottom. We discuss the avenues and support that were available to him and how he utilized every option, until Jamie found his calling while on a trip to China; Qi-Gong.
