Episode 19: What Does God Have in Store For Me?

I’m actually back you guys! 😂 I’m today’s episode I just share some thoughts that have been on my heart. Just wanting to know what God has in store for me and want to do all I can to receive those blessings.

    Episode 18: The Unspoken Prayer

This was a very impromptu recording so I’m just kind of rambling (what’s new though right? 😉) But there’s been something weighing heavily on my heart lately and I had an experience today that reminded me of God’s love and awareness of me and how He hears the pleadings of my heart, even (and maybe even especially when) those things go unspoken. ❤️ Much love!

Episode 17: “What Think Ye of Christ?”: Who My Jesus Is 🥰

Hey y’all!! I’ve finally recorded another episode! It’s been a crazy summer but also I just haven’t felt a ton of inspiration for the podcast lately. I don’t want to record just to record or share things because I think it would “make a good episode.” I want to share from the heart and I finally felt something stemming from my heart and I hope it touches yours somehow and encourages you to better know Jesus. Love y’all!

    Episode 16: Moving Mountains

Welcome back!! School is finally over and I’m ready to start the podcast up again! Today I’m talking about some lessons that helped me move the mountain that has been the Spring 2021 semester. I’m so happy to be back! I love y’all! 🥰

Episode 15: Happy International Women’s Day: My Current Reality

I’m proud to be a woman! But that doesn’t mean it’s easy. I hope y’all don’t mind a little venting sesh with me 😅 I just want to be real with y’all about what I’m dealing with and so here you go! This is for all the women out there who maybe just aren’t feeling it. Or they’re feeling stuck. Or they don’t know what they’re feeling (#mylife). I love y’all! Happy International Women’s Day! ♥️

Episode 14: He is Working in the Waiting

Today I just share a little something that’s been on my mind and heart the last couple of weeks. It might be all over the place but I hope y’all can find some joy or peace or hope or something good from it. God loves you. He’s aware of you, even and especially when, you really feel like He’s left you out in the dust. I know that with all my heart! Hang in there!! ♥️

Episode 13: Finding Healing After a Miscarriage with Josie Feusner

Josie recently had a miscarriage and reached out to me because she felt she has thoughts to share that could benefit other women. She talks specifically about miscarriage but I think a lot of the things we talk about can apply to all different kinds of healing. I’m so grateful for Josie asking to join me and for her vulnerability with her experience. She’s awesome 🥰 Also... I had an alarm go off at the end so we got cut off. 😅 I was in the middle of talking about a talk from a BYU Devotional that was really helpful for me after I had my miscarriage back in 2019. The link is below. Thanks for being here! I can’t tell y’all how grateful I am for you guys! ❤️❤️❤️ https://speeches.byu.edu/talks/erin-holmes/waiting-upon-lord-antidote-uncertainty/

Episode 12: The Struggle is REAL for EVERYONE

Our dear friend and awesome Institute teacher, Ryan Reynolds joins me for this week’s episode. Institute is DEFINITELY one of my little things. I find so much strength in it and find that it always ends up being a highlight of my week, especially when it’s been a rough one. Ryan and I talk about so many awesome things but there’s one I want to highlight. We tend to create this binary, especially when it comes to faith, of people who are strong in their faith and those who are struggling with it. But what if it’s more of a spectrum? The purpose of this life is to exercise (or struggle) our faith and so to some degree, we all struggle. I think this is so important to helping us be more understanding of others. I’m so grateful to Ryan for joining me and hope y’all enjoy it too! ☺️
