The MYH Podcast Weekly Checkin Episode 2

Episode 2 – Weekly Check-In | Gardening, Therapy & Punctures In this solo episode of The MYHP Weekly Check-In, I’m catching you up on everything that’s gone on this week – from road trips and Rachel’s birthday to gardening, therapy, and a whole load of bike punctures. I talk about how gardening has become a big part of slowing down and finding balance in my life, why I sometimes struggle to see progress in my work now compared to my bricklaying days, and how therapy continues to help me make sense of things. I also share a moment of realisation from a recent session, and why I’m taking a short break to reflect and rebuild. There’s some frustration too – like Thursday being a write-off after audio issues with the main podcast edit, but getting out on the bike helped turn things around. Thanks for all your continued support and feedback – it means the world. Episode 43 "TIME" With Rob Muldoon

🎙️ Episode 43 – Life Update, Therapy, Burnout & Falling Out of Love with Social Media | MYH Podcast In this solo episode of the MYH Podcast, I open up about what's really been going on behind the scenes. After months of touring and working flat out, I’ve decided to take some time off to focus on my own mental health and well-being. I talk openly about going back into therapy, what it looks like for me now, and why it's been one of the most important decisions I've made this year. I also share my honest thoughts on burnout, how I've fallen out of love with social media, and how I'm finding new ways to cope — including getting back out on my bike and reconnecting with myself. This episode is raw, reflective, and hopefully relatable. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to keep going — you’re not alone. ❤️ 💬 I’d love to hear your thoughts: Should I start a second channel?
