In this episode Brian, Jeannette, and Debi delve into the topic of isolation and brainstorm solutions on how to get beyond detachment and desperation. They are joined by genocide survivor,Amra Sabic-El-Rayes, who shares her courageous story and offers advice on how all of us can combat isolation and fear. In addition, Brian, Jeannette, and Debi tackle the pros and cons of a hero’s journey, which is often a solo quest, as well as address viewer questions, including how many people feel alone right now, even though they live with other people.
