Danny Antonucci slapped together a whole suburb of amazing characters and made us realize scams are cool, all your neighbors are potential suckers, and cul de sac is a really awkward word to spell.     GI JOE: The Movie - Patriotism Justice League: The Sssssnyder Cut

    Transformers did it! It kind of worked! Let's do it again! This time without the traumatizing permanence of a main character death! This was the meeting at Hasbro, there's no convincing us otherwise. GI JOE The Movie tried so hard to follow the formula Transformers did and whiffed it. Faked out the Duke death, botched the intro song, and took their best baddie and tanked him into comedy relief. The 80s were wild man. But if you're a fan of GI Joe, this is a god tier movie. The action has a movie budget and the new characters will live rent free in your nostalgia banks until dementia sets in. CAPE Legend, Chris Aballo returns for some solid tanget work.     Appliances come to life and go on an adventure! How.... cute? NOPE. A Brave Little Toaster was nothing like you remember. Tutti Frutti and all the songs disguise this dark, twisted journey with so much camp, you don't even realize a living blender gets mutilated. It's such an adorably dark road to find family was never made for kids but absolutely marketed that way and we DISH on the wild ride that went into creating it.     For an entire era, they just Kid-afied all the shows. This is the epitome. It literally checks every box. Music that Slaps: done. High Tier 4th Wall Breaks: done.     Young Justice: Teen Titans Whelmed

    Sidekicks but make them BLACK-OPS. Young Justice is exactly that. An incredible take on the superhero kids show genre… And yes, this is yet another episode where Joe nerds the f**k out on a comic book related medium. Superboy, Aqualad, Robin, Ms. Martian, Artemis, and Kid Flash go deep under cover to thwart all the evil shenanigans that are too low for the big guns. Young Justice is what happens when you take the already great show and idea that is Teen Titans and make it not only its own thing, but something deeper, darker, and much more… whelmed. We give it 10 out of 10 HBOmax’s (RIP). The most solid pick by this episode's guest spot, Sean McCracken.
