Houses with Hope are homes built in Africa for widows taking care of orphans for only $400 each. Houses with Hope is a 501c3 non-profit organization which builds homes for children and families in need in Kenya at a cost of only $400 each with the help of villagers and volunteer teams throughout the United States. They are also involved in water, agriculture, medical, and education projects as well as economic, leadership, and job training in Kenya. This is producing a successful model of sustainability to countries around the globe. In addition, Houses with Hope provides assistance to victims of humanitarian crises in the United States and around the world.     In this episode we talked about our vision for Houses With Hope and the direction that we are going now and in 2021. Well if you've been to stores around the united states, we're starting to see that it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas everywhere you go. Christmas tree, Christmas ornaments, things to start buying... the people are already giving in a frenzy to get deals and to get sales. Did you know that every year, American spends 1 Trillion Dollars on Christmas? Did you know that on average, parents spend $433 per child? Did you also know people spend $35 on their pets to give them a Christmas gift? It's insane what we do. When there's people around the world who don't have enough to eat, they don't have clean water, they don't have medical care. So I want you to consider something this year and that's flipping this whole thing to change it from a season of giving to season of giving. We build $400 houses primarily for widows taking care of orphans in Kenya, and its been an amazing thing to see how it has transform lives for only $400.
