He told us why fasting doesn't work for him but could work for others and explained why sustainability is the most important thing in a fat loss journey. He doesn't believe in hacks but offers lots of great advice and motivation to get you to the gym, for your head if not for your body.
Tony grew up in Belfast during the Troubles and spoke about how that impacted him and how he only realised his childhood was abnormal when he went to Australia as an adult.
