Great Pod

This is a great podcast if you’ve been wondering what Ayurveda is all about. (You know you’ve heard of it!) Or you’re already into yoga but want more. Kelly explains it very well and not long winded. Plus there’s Monday meditations and Friday relaxation! This is great for anyone, no matter where you are in life.

I always wondered what Ayurveda was. Kelly’s pod casts explain it and get you on the road to wellness. We certainly need more of her podcasts during these difficult times.
