80. Doing Nothing Meditation
Doing nothing used to be hard for me. But everything I practice, it gets easier and easier. What's harder is letting myself do nothing. I always have this voice inside telling me to do more and push harder. But I know after years of burnout, that its not a healthy voice. So I ask it to step aside while I rest and I do nothing. I hope this helps you do nothing.
