    Session 38: Law(lessness) and (Dis)order (Part 4) In this week's class, we will continue dispelling the myth that the Rama’s Halachic stances are “more stringent” than those of Maran by gathering dozens of examples where the former deviates from Talmudic Law while the latter upholds it, with a special focus on the permissibility of Rabbanim receiving payment for their services.
