Breathe

For going on two years now, we have been living in a disastrous pandemic. The government officials are continuously at war , scientists are attempting to find a cure for this deadly disease , suicide rates are at its peak . The stress that come with these amongst other things are indescribable. During stressful times as such , it is difficult to make time for ourselves and support each other . We are not practicing self love as much as we should and we tend to overwork ourselves . This year we change that. We manifest our desires and become unified. This year we breathe .
