Slaughterhouses and the Meat-Packing Industry

I'll be talking about how slaughterhouses are an environmental health and justice issue, and how people who live near and work in slaughterhouses experience poor health outcomes. These people are disproportionately BIPOC, low-income people, and immigrants.
