EPISODE 69: SHIKOKU PILGRIMAGE PART 3 - COMMUNITY AND JOY In this  episode, we visit a few mre sacred temples on Japan’s legendary 88-temple route: the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Guided by the spirit of Kōbō Daishi, founder of Shingon Buddhism, pilgrims walk through misty mountains, quiet villages, and visit temples to cleanse and reconnect to their inner light.  Here is a link to a pdf with the images of the temples. I am hoping to take you there and experience some of what I lived in my ten days visiting temples and attending rituals.  Nathalie Jaspar, the founder of Dive Into Reiki,  is a Reiki master with over a decade of experience. She’s a graduate teacher from the International House of Reiki, led by world-renowned Reiki master Frans Stiene. She also trained with the Center for True Health and the International Center for Reiki. To gain an even deeper understanding of Reiki practice, Nathalie went to Japan to practice Zen Buddhism at the Chokai-san International Zendo.
