Hosted by two professional counsellors, the Counselling Corner with Cornerstone FVPC features discussions, strategy sharing for coping mechanisms, and helpful tips on a variety of topics surrounding healthy relationships, mental health, and wellness. Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre is a non-profit agency working to break the cycle of family violence by providing immediate shelter, counselling and prevention services throughout Northumberland in Ontario, Canada.

    The one with Ashley, the Pflag Chapter

    Christina and Lee-Ann meet up with Ashley, Pflag’s Chapter Leader. Ashley introduces us to Pflag (a peer support group for individuals and families focused on supporting and educating Canadians on issues of sexual orientation and gender identity) and the work that she does for the community. Ashley shares her passion and goals for the amazing work that she does!
