I’m embarking on a journey to live my best life, starting now, at the darkest, loneliest I’ve ever felt. Let’s inspire each other, and pursue that which we really want to do. It’s not a race to happiness, this is an individual journey that we can all support each other in. Amen.

    Drugs and alcohol are not your friends if you have a mental disorder or going through some serious pain right now. Today, on this Christmas Eve, I sip my dad’s ponche and try to give out some sobering advice.     Getting it done is easier and harder than I can imagine
