    What Happened to the Boomers?

As always, this episode is unhinged. Follow along as we talk about our highs and lows, struggle to stay on topic, and complain about the generational divide. Take a shot every time Heather coughs, we get a grammar definition incorrect, and mention the word "metaverse." Remember kids, don't take any wooden nickels.  We'll see you in 3-5 business months or when Jess gets another new job, whichever comes first.  #BrennanisaWordleQueen #GetHeatheranewiPhone #normalizelongassvoicememos

Good vibes only in 2022.  Join us as we catch up on our new careers, do a routine wellness check and envision our goal of owning a farm. We're excited to be back and have a lot of new things in the works for the year! Stay tuned.

    Jeb & Flo

Buckle up for another week of dysfunction boys. With seasonal depression upon us, we do a classic mental health check in and start off Thanksgiving month with some festive gratitude exercises. We also have a blast from the past and share some scandalous stories of our youth. Two truths and a lie: Jess was on Worldstar, Brennan is wanted internationally and Heather threw hands with her principal. Keep an eye out for our upcoming record release.

    Sorry, Daddy?

We are BACK with another episode for you full of absolute chaos. This time we have no theme so follow along as we blurt out whatever is happening in our lady brains. Some highlights to look forward to: If we see one more "forever wedding date" post on Facebook, please throw us off of a balcony Attention Todds of the world: Stay away from us We hope you get as emo about the Chickfila peppermint milkshake as we do How expensive could renting an Applebees really be Peasant ass public school kids have to go to school the day after Halloween (Heather can't relate) UNO may or may not have ruined our friendship We didn't cut out the Omegle conversation, so listen at your own risk Thanks for listening! Let us know in the comments if you want to know more about our Ass Document.  #celebritiesnamedolivianotwelcome #panchos #itsjusttodd

    Jungle Juice and Xannies

Buckle up, this episode is all over the place. We talk about everything from what temperature the faucet should be when you brush your teeth to what makes a real friend. You'll have to stick around until the end to understand the title of this episode. We promise it's the best 5 minutes of the entire conversation.  #SaveBritney

Strength and Conditioning Night: Time to Get Swole

On this episode, we are gettin SWOLE by talking about our strengths. We learn Heather is the zest, Brennan really hates forgetting her rain jacket, and Jessica finally got the glass out of her foot. We challenge you to use "scaffolding" in your next work meeting and let us know how you pronounce "FAFSA." We guess each other's top strengths from VIA Character Strengths assessment. You can take the assessment here: https://www.viacharacter.org/ We are just two Caps (and a Libra) in a pod - thanks for joining us! #SaveBritney #BarnesandNobleMagazineSection

    FLAGS ON FLAGS ON FLAGS

LET'S GET INTO RED FLAGS (queue up T Swift). The boys identify workplace, friendship and dating red flags and what is a hard pass on moving forward with someone/something. Wanna buy some knives? Your car doesn't need to be washed everyday bro. Why does Jess attract crazy people? Heather joins a cult. SOMEONE TAKE BRENNAN TO APPLEBEES. Brace yourself for the chaotic ending.

    C U in hell John

Hey boys. Join us for another sesh as we provide you with our professional tv entertainment reviews. Main topic for the night, our new favorite mini-series, Mare of Easttown. Stick around til the end for a Q&A with Kate Winslet we were easily able to arrange.  We dive into some celebrity let downs (looking at you John Mulhaney), shows that shaped our childhood and our top five list.   We explore Brennan's questionable taste in men and Jessica's disdain for The Office. Heather provides us with a Philly insider look at a day in the life on set for Mare of Easttown.   This is all nonsense. Enjoy!
