Dope-a-men

I came across this dope G of mine, briyooh, who has a whole lotta information about Mental Health. What is Mental health? And factors influencing it and our attitudes towards it. Also what is counseling and therapy and what does it entail? Dopamine! The good feeling. This was one of those moments that dopamine filled the room. Make sure you find ways to have it released positively and not negatively. “If you're not true to yourself, you can't be true to anyone else". Briyooh. Question to ask:-Does your job area have EAPs(Employee Assistant Programs)? Listen in and get to learn more about it. We give you solutions on how to curb Mental health ailments and some few places you can run to. Go to any public hospital and enquire if they offer such services. E.g Mathare, GLC-Kamakis, MAT clinics(Mombasa, Nairobi &Kisumu) and prolly your public hospital. Resource points: -YouTube(Andrew HuberMan), Neurolifestyle, Shazmeen Bank and TED talks. Wagwaaaaannnn!! How's your week been? Good, I hope. Congratulations to Real Madrid, walipiga BvB bana! I was rooting for BvB. In the course of the week, we lost Empress Jahmby Koikai, a very great loss for the reggae fraternity. May she Rest In Peace. Last month(May) was mental health awareness month, this Month it's Men Mental Health Awareness. Mental Health ailments is a sickness just like any other, it needs treatment and attention. It may lead to suicide even. Examples of Mental ailments include, depression, anxiety disorder, Bipolar disorder, substances and alcohol abuse etc. They are quite the list. Be empathetic to everyone you come across you never know what battles they are fighting in their heads. Suicide should not be criminalized, A proposed petition 226 of 2020 by KNCHR.
