    How to find your Soul's Purpose in 1 hour

    David Straus is the co-Founder of two successful tech companies, selling the first to Amazon in 2008 and then heading up the Los Angeles office of IMDb. He is also a mentor, and investor in conscious businesses. David lives with his wife and two sons in Los Angeles, is a Poet, and enjoys discussing the unknowns of the universe.  In this episode, David walks me through an exercise he created to help people discover their Soul's Purpose! In this episode, David will walk (me ) and you through the reasons why identifying your Soul Purpose is important.  He will help you discover a process of identifying your own Soul Purpose statement and guide you through the process, which you'll be able to continue on your own. It's a really interesting exercise!   According to David, our Soul Purpose is a core part of our true self that we can integrate into every area of our lives. People often think that Purpose is a reflection of what you do in the world. By articulating your Soul Purpose statement, you will gain the clarity to be your highest self in all situations.     A Conversation with The Ice Man

    This podcast was filmed over 2 years ago! Wim Hof, also known as The Ice Man, is the holder of over 26 world records.  He has climbed Mt. Everest wearing nothing but shorts and shoes.  He’s stayed immersed in ice for 1 hour, 13 minutes WITHOUT his core body temperature changing.. and so much more crazy things. Almost everything he has done was thought to be impossible by scientist... So i had to find out for myself, just how he does it...  It's crazy to see how much has changed in the world since this interview but the beauty of it is Wim's wisdom is timeless. I had the great honor of spending 8 days with Wim Hof and actually staying at his home with a group of men. It was one of the most intense experiences i ever endured in my life. Countless ice-baths, cold river plunges, breathwork journeys and even climbing a mountain in nothing but our shorts... all of this took place in the middle of winter in Poland.   I apologize for the lack of quality of production here, while filming the journey some of our gear found its way into the freezing cold river, so we had to work with what we had!   Enjoy the interview, and please be sure to like and subscribe!
