    The lockdown in Melbourne lasted 112 days. Through this period, it was exhausting as we reached zero- community transmissions at the end of it. My podcast interviews with friends helped me cope as each friend brought me the comfort I needed from a distance.

    Melbourne in 2020 had one of the toughest lockdowns in the world-112 days of limited 1-hr exercise a day outdoors, all shops closed, cafes and restaurants open only for takeaway and travelling within a 5-km radius limit. It was a long and painful road. It made me miss my friends and decided to do a podcast to provide perspectives and stories of coping.
