Emily describes herself as an adventure girl and mountain lover, and she documents her hikes on the @adventure_scottie Instagram. She is also a munro completionist, Emily has climbed all 282 munros aka mountains over 3,000ft of Scotland and this great adventure has been captured in a short-film called 'Project 282'! The short film is truly mesmerising and encourages to hike and to push your boundaries. After leaving her accountant job in London, she has spent time doing what she loves the most, and it really is admirable.  If you love stunning views, mountains, hiking and more importantly, an amazing story about finding a passion that fills you with happiness - the short-film 'Project 282' is what you need to watch! It is available here on Vimeo.   In this weeks podcast we obviously cover a lot of hiking all over the world! Winters in Japan, hiking in South Africa, conquering Mont Blanc (multiple times), and so much more. Definitely inspired us to go outdoors and find a mountain to hike - Ben Nevis here we come. We also chatted about artsy cafes in New Zealand and fainting whilst getting a piercing...and wearing a skirt. We chat about out love for Georgia and how basically everywhere is on Emily's bucket list.
