I love whiskey, which is a good thing because I make it for a living. Listening to these three brilliant women starting to get deep into a world that I’ve spent too much time in has made me remember that there are many aspects about my love that are amazing, but I might take for granted. I hope they read this and know that their voices will be in my ear holes at times when I am milling grain or cooking a mash.
