These two facts are mutually exclusive, the reason it's so long is that Pete underestimated how long it would take to edit.  You know the rules though, we make the best of it.     Episode 00 - Let Them Eat Cake

    A yo-yoing diet is as good for an individual as a yo-yoing government is for a nation. Lets make 2021 our year to get fitter together. This episode was supposed to give a taster of what the podcast is about. Did we manage it? Probably not. A large man has a year to lose weight. That's basically it. He'd like some company along the way. Couple of things to note; - We recorded this on Tuesday 15th December. We put it out five days later and we had already gone up two tiers! Will it stop us - no of course it won't.  - Joni asks me in this if Women are welcome to listen. Not for the first time and probably not for the last, I ignore him because I'd thought of a joke. OF COURSE women are welcome, as is anyone else. It's really important to Joni and myself that this is a podcast is for anyone who wants it. It's a safe space.
