    The Opening Day episodes pt.1

    LIKEITORNOT is back! It was Opening Day and I met Big John at the Pub on 6th. Ave and had a blast recording in the window, the sun was shinin’, we were people watchin’, shit talkin’, it just another episode where we give our hot takes on the Sweet 16, we talk Mariners baseball and what our thoughts and expectations may be for the boys this season, we talk about Terry’s Office Tavern’s classic bar food and how steady they’ve been at pumping out some of the best bar food in town. Again, Big John was co-hosting and he works there ha ha. We talk about softball and the impact it’s had on our lives lol. We get a cameo from Bryce, a Matchless Brewing rep who blessed us with 3 personal cans of the newly released FOMO IPA. Thank yall so much that was a beautiful gesture. Rick the legend, was tending bar, a few other people came on the pod and made random cameos and I was personally powered by the Cal Raleigh collab beer that Scuttlebutt brewing produced last season. The pub just got a new shipment and we definitely enjoyed a few of those, so a huge s/o to SCUTTLEBUTT BREWING! And shout out to you, the listener.     The Quismah episode-Kush Mt. Vendor Day pt.2

    Astral Trap & Kiandre of the experimental rap duo Quismah join the podcast live from the Kush Mountain vendor day at Diamond Greens Dispensary off S. 12th street. Sean Brooks co-hosts with me and we hit the pavement running in this funny, kush mountain laced episode that touches on the origins of Quismah, how they came together and the entire recording process and how they feed off each other’s creativity to make your listening as smooth as possible. When listening, it sounds as though they’ve been making music together for years. Truth is, they’ve been friends since the sandbox but just recently began this current music project together in this last summer. Kiandre talks about a stint in the film industry in LA and that opened his eyes to how the music industry works and Astral Trap speaks on his recent successes such as having numerous beats purchased and played by the NBA on their Instagram posts which is a major win for Astral Trap. Just a funny & Stoney episode where we are just shooting the shit like regular humans about basic, every day topics. Tune in. Sit back and listen to some funny and wild ass stories that are told by the 3 man collective that is Kush Mountain. Tune in also as Mark, Andy and an unnamed associate talk about the importance of educating yourself about cannabis and cannabis products to simply expand your horizons and keep you safe while getting higher than the midnight sky.     The Chef’s Table pt.2-A Manuscript takeover

    I recently had the pleasure of having the owner Eda & some of the core members of the Manuscript restaurant team on the podcast. And with the help of my good friend Chef Lewis of Radnor’s Burgers, some Philly cheesesteaks from Legendz & 100 proof tequila from my guests, this episode quickly became an instant classic. Another huge thanks to Eastside Bill for capturing the moment as well and a huge thanks to DJ QJ of Post Office Studios for opening the space for me once again. As some of you may already know, Manuscript has ditched the old school style a kitchen has been known to be ran and has instead, installed a new, conventional, teamwork style that has all chefs seeing eye to eye. From new recipe items on the food menu to new drinks on the cocktail menu, this spot works as a team and consult with each other on everything. You feel it the moment you walk in. And it shows in the food. The way it looks and especially the way it tastes. Same with the drinks. Everything done with care. S/O Eda! They did that and are doing it still. If you haven’t been in yet, this is your calling. They also boast one of the best brunches in town-fully intact with local dj’s DJ Semaj & DJ Hanibal who keep the vibe rolling every weekend.
