Alongside discussions about mental health and wellbeing, we ask a range of fun and personal questions, including their favourite TV shows, books, hobbies, and other interests that help them relax and unwind outside of work. The conversation also looks at resilience, self-care strategies, workplace culture, and how organisations can better support the mental health of those on the front lines of care.
