Living From the Higher View: Why You Slide Back After a Breakthrough (and How to Stay)

Send us Fan Mail Membership  Had a breakthrough, then went right back to your old self? You didn't lose it. The view didn't leave you. You stepped down from it, and you can go back. This is part three of the arc that began with "The Challenge Is the Doorway" and continued in "Adversity Drives the Elevation of Consciousness." Walking through the door was one thing. Rising was another. Today is about staying there. Kelly shares the story of Renée, a pediatric nurse whose breakthrough in a hospital parking garage lasted three clear weeks, until one comment at Thanksgiving had her washing every dish alone at 11 p.m. What she wrote in her journal that night changed everything: "The view didn't leave me. I left the view. And I can go back." From there, Kelly explains the difference between visiting the higher view and living there (Maslow's peak vs. plateau experience), the three pulls that drag us back down (self-verification, old cues, and mistaking a fading feeling for a lost change), and what the research says about change that lasts: a 10-year follow-up of 55 people who experienced sudden transformation, the 66-day habit study, and the Stanford "be a voter" experiment. Then the teachers: Neville Goddard, Jack Kornfield, Carl Jung, Charles Haanel, and the old Zen line about chopping wood and carrying water. 🔑 Practice this with Kelly inside Podcast Member Support → https://payhip.com/b/KBDvp What you'll walk away with • Why a breakthrough feels real and then seems to vanish, and why it didn't • Visiting vs. living: Maslow's peak experience vs. the plateau experience • The thermostat: how your old self-concept quietly pulls you back • Why family and familiar places bring out the old you (and why that's wiring, not failure) • Real research on change that lasts, with its honest limits • Climb high, sleep low: what mountain climbers teach about integration • Five quiet signs you're living from the higher view now • Two practices: the Three Returns and the 60-Second Return Topics covered, in order The view didn't leave you → Bridge from Doorway and Elevation → Renée: the parking garage and the Thanksgiving sink → Visiting vs. living: Maslow's plateau → Three pulls that bring you back down → Research on lasting change → Climb high, sleep low → The teachers: chop wood carry water, Kornfield, Neville, Jung, Haanel → The honest part → Five signs you live there now → Practice 1: the Three Returns → Practice 2: the 60-Second Return → Closing Free companion guide How to Identity Shift or Quantum Jump (free): https://payhip.com/b/FcsDn Join Podcast Member Support A breakthrough is a visit. Adversity Drives the Elevation of Consciousness

Send us Fan Mail 👉 Join here: https://payhip.com/b/KBDvp If you feel like you're always going through something, it may not mean you're falling apart. It may mean you're waking up. This week on ReThink Podcast, Kelly picks up where "The Challenge Is the Doorway" left off. That episode was about walking through the door. This one is about who you become on the other side. It opens with Marcus, who lost his job, his father and nearly his marriage in the same eight months, and the quiet Tuesday night in his driveway when he finally saw himself. In his words: "I didn't know I was asleep until it woke me up." From there, Kelly explains what "elevation of consciousness" really means (the corn-maze image), why comfort keeps us on autopilot (the trees in Biosphere 2 that fell because there was no wind), and what the research says, from the 2,398-person "Whatever Does Not Kill Us" study to Dąbrowski's positive disintegration and Kegan's orders of consciousness. The One Affirmation That Changes Everything | The Master Key System Pt. 9

Send us Fan Mail Everything you want, whether health, wealth, or love, begins in the world within. In Part 9 of The Master Key System, we learn how to change conditions by changing ourselves first. In this episode of ReThink Podcast, Kelly walks through Part 9 of Charles Haanel's The Master Key System. This is the chapter where Haanel gets practical: the three things almost everyone is reaching for (health, wealth, and love) and why none of them can be forced from the outside. He offers one affirmation to hold at the center of it all: "I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy." This episode is about what that affirmation really asks of you, and how knowing the truth, rather than repeating words, is what quietly shifts what shows up in your life. In this episode, you'll hear: Why lasting change in your conditions always starts with a change in you The three things people want most (health, wealth, and love) and Haanel's view of where each one really comes from The Part 9 affirmation, and why it works only when you believe it's true, not when you recite it How truth becomes a practical power in daily life, not just an idea This week's practice: Haanel's seed-to-flower visualization, a simple way to train your attention and imagination A DEEPER WAY TO WALK THROUGH THIS SERIES This series means more when you're not walking through it alone. The Master Key System Part 8: How Imagination Builds Your Reality | Charles Haanel

Send us Fan Mail Everything you see around you started as a thought in someone's mind. In Part 8 of The Master Key System, Charles Haanel shows us that imagination is not daydreaming. It is a skill, and when you train it, it becomes the blueprint for the life you're building. In this episode, we walk through Part 8 together and talk about how to use it in real life, not just understand it. In this episode, you'll learn: - Why every result in your life starts as a thought, and how cause and effect works in the mind - The difference between constructive imagination and idle daydreaming - Why Haanel calls imagination "the light by which we penetrate new worlds of thought and experience" - How to hold an ideal in your mind clearly enough that it starts to shape your actions - The Part 8 exercise: visualizing the battleship, and what it teaches you about how anything gets created Your practice for this week: Sit quietly for 15 to 30 minutes each day. Picture something that already exists, like a building, a ship, or your own home. Then trace it back, step by step, to the single idea it came from. You're training your mind to see that creation always starts on the inside. If this series is helping you, the full ReThink membership is where we go deeper together. Members get a weekly personal post from me, a monthly members-only meditation or workbook, priority on Q&A, and a quarterly live call. Join Podcast Member Support. Visualization Method: The Master Key System, Part 7

Send us Fan Mail   Before Nikola Tesla built a single invention, he built it completely in his mind first — down to the last detail — and said it never failed to work exactly as he'd pictured it. Charles Haanel was teaching the same principle back in 1917: the mental image has to exist before it can ever appear anywhere else.  In Part 7 of our walkthrough of The Master Key System, Kelly covers Haanel's three-step process for turning a thought into a real result — idealization, visualization, and materialization — and why most people quietly sabotage themselves by concentrating on exactly what they don't want. You'll hear the debt example, the over-anxious gardener who keeps digging up the seed to check on it, and the three-part formula Haanel says can't fail to produce results when it's actually aligned: earnest desire, confident expectation, and firm demand.  What you'll walk away with  • The three-step process — idealization, visualization, materialization — and why skipping the first step is why most goals never make it to the third  • Why focusing on debt, disease, or disaster quietly attracts more of it, and what to concentrate on instead  • The “over-anxious gardener” problem — why checking on your progress too often can stall it completely  • The three-part formula Haanel says produces results every time it's genuinely aligned: earnest desire, confident expectation, firm demand  • Nikola Tesla's own account of visualizing his inventions before he ever touched a tool  Chapters  0:00 — Cold open: the line from Tesla that opens this episode  1:15 — Welcoming listeners back to the Master Key System series  2:10 — Diving into Part Seven: the personal mind and the impersonal mind  3:40 — Idealization: why architects design in their minds before they build anything  5:20 — Visualization: repetition, refinement, and “thought will lead to action”  7:10 — Materialization: why the image has to exist before it appears anywhere else  8:45 — The “mental workers”: your brain cells and the Law of Attraction  10:15 — The three-part formula: earnest desire, confident expectation, firm demand  12:00 — Why concentrating on debt or fear quietly creates more of it  13:40 — The over-anxious gardener: why checking on your seed too often kills it  15:10 — Concentrate on what you want, not on what you don't  16:30 — Nikola Tesla's visualization method, in his own words  18:00 — James Allen's verse: “environment is but his looking glass”  19:15 — The closing exercise: visualizing a conversation with a friend  20:30 — Closing thoughts + what's coming in Part 8  *Adjust these timestamps once you finalize the edit — everything else can go live as-is.*    Mentioned in this episode  • Charles F. Haanel — The Master Key System (1917)  • Nikola Tesla — on visualizing inventions before construction  • James Allen — poet and author, quoted on thought and environment  If this one landed for you  This is exactly the kind of material we go deeper on inside The ReThink Podcast Membership — direct access to Kelly, member-only resources, and live sessions built around this work.
