    The Posture of Meekness- When meekness has a Voice

    Thank you for tuning in I would love to hear from you Somebody told you that meekness means weak. Somebody told you that meekness means timid, passive, and afraid to speak up. That is not what the Bible says. Meekness is strength that has been submitted to God’s control. And when that strength is submitted, it does not stay quiet. It speaks. In this message, we are going to find out what happens when meekness has a voice. Because here is what I have discovered in life: if you let people talk long enough, they will eventually reveal their inner character, because what is in them will come out of them. Jesus said it like this: out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. So the question is not whether you are going to speak. The question is what is going to come out when you do. Sweet water or bitter. Grace or venom. Life or death. Ladies and gentlemen, our words matter, but so does how those words come out. Because if our words push somebody into defense, they cannot receive the truth we are trying to give them. Meekness protects the message.
