She is a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 11. She shares how she cared for her husband Ron for 17 years as he struggled with Parkinson’s disease. At the age of 69 and after her husband’s passing, she did a pilgrimage walk of 500 miles known as the Camino from an area in France to Santiago, Spain. She spent 66 days on the walk, often walking 8 to 9 hours a day. It was a spiritual as well as a physical journey for her. She also shares about her book that describes her pilgrimage titled Wisdom on the Camino-A Spiritual Journey Sharing Forgiveness and Possibilities to Inspire the Rest of Your Life and about the second 500 mile walk that she did during the Covid pandemic.
