But once Angie fell pregnant with Jack, and we knew we needed to look more deeply into this thing, I realised I needed to get over my fears and get to work.
And so I went looking for authors, coaches and mentors who could help me with exactly what to say to people.
And nobody had a greater influence in my early years than Tom 'Big Al' Schreiter.
His book Ice Breakers was the first one I read, and then I became addicted.
