I am Russian, I am Adopted, and this is my View!
My name is Vika. I lived in Russia for only eight years, but I remember a lot. I wanted to expand my knowledge and also pass on what I have learned in my life time. This podcast is about my life and how I have been able to handle situations. Sometimes I will talk about something random and that is thanks to my ADHD. I look forward to sharing my story, and my experiences and also my mistakes and my believes. I would love to see you join this journey with me.
Honest, interesting, and hopeful

I appreciate the honesty and hope the Vika shared in this podcast. I really am interested to hear more about her experiences, how they shaped her, successes and failures too (we learn faster from those), and how she continues to direct her life. Also, it's rare that you get to hear how a person with bipolar disorder, anxiety or depression really, really, feels, how they experience their life. If you don't have these issues, you can try to imagine it but I don't think it's possible to imagine it. I want to hear it straight so that I CAN understand and help those in my life who are going through this. Thank you so much, Vika.
