    Back for Series 2 with a fantastic tale of preordained greatness through naming but which was achieved through hard work and an unusual route. This saw our Guest receive a Bronze Medal 5 years after the event and appear at the World championships after a couple of practice sessions! Absolute pleasure to welcome an Olympian, masterchef competitor  and top man to the Bindpod. He claims no fear on the sled hurtling down hill at 200 km/hr but does not think he would last a week as a retail agent!! In my view best described by his former coach when he retired : "He was 'Mr Bobsleigh'. Everything he did, he did for the good of the team. He had a big presence in the squad and was respected by all his team mates and the staff, both on and off the ice. For me, Bruce Tasker epitomises what is required to be a bobsleigher. He is a true professional, a true athlete and, more importantly, a true gent" Hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed talking to the big man - No doubt welsh rugby let one get away here.

As well as this father in law to my best friend Ken/Ian and grandad to Charlie and Benny all of who get mentioned in the pod. We talk Lions tours, orange smoke in Workington and the importance of people skills before ending with a bit of politics and #BINDFIT product placement.
