When are you guys coming back to produce some more podcast?

Thanks for stepping into the fray that has become the world of modern sailing/cruising. It’s great to hear from some learned, like-minded mariners that have the miles under the keel to back it up.

I am a lover of full keels and skeg hung rudders for open ocean passages. In a land full of twin rudders and bolt on keels it has gotten difficult to even find a manufacturer that will build to these specs, why? Most probably, cost. Thanks for the perspective and a possible antidote to the current state of costal sailing condos. One size does not fit all bills. I am purchasing my first 50’ plus yacht in 18 months. I am crewing on Atlantic passages to gain as much experience and perspective as possible. I have sailed most of my life yet I am relatively new to large (30+) keel boats. Podcasts like this offer a perspective not heard at the boat shows or by the industry’s largest manufacturers. Refreshing, educational and appreciative. Helping make educated decisions before you buy.

The first episodes were quite interesting. After a year of radio silence, one could expect a thoughtful new knowledge episode. And it wasn’t. Not focused at a valuable sailing/cruising subject, just a tiki bar gossiping as we do everywhere without wasting other people time.
