Put That Record On

I was trying to find some more info on Hawaii part II, (my internet access is limited right now,) and I stumbled across this podcast. I think what you guys are doing is great so I left a five star. If you want context it’s sort of like a lore heavy fractured musical, and my running theory is that it’s presented as memories through the lens of Simon (the main character if you will,) who had gone insane due to the murder of his lover, which he was wrongly accused of. All the songs are connected, Simon starts going insane starting with the song: “Murders” where you can see a shift in the tone of the music. He is accused of murder and put in trial in the song: “The Mind Electric” and eventually ends up dying in the song: “Stranded Lullaby” afterwards he is reunited with his lover in the afterlife in the last song of the album. It’s a bit deeper than that but this is a podcast review so I won’t get too in depth. Love what you guys are doing, By the way, the eldritch being on the right hand side of the album cover is an angler fish, the moon is its light lure.
