Everything My Heart Touches Multiplies & Turns to Gold Meditation

This meditation feels like the embodied experience of the Expansion Equation a foundational piece of the Heart Quest Method. What happens when you stop trying to figure out every detail of how your vision will happen and give yourself permission to first experience what is possible within your heart? This guided meditation is an embodied journey through The Expansion Equation, a Heart Quest teaching rooted in the relationship between who we are becoming, the heart-led decisions we make, the beliefs we strengthen, and the actions that ultimately shape what becomes possible in our lives. Throughout this practice, I’ll invite you to slow down, journey into your heart space, and plant a seed of intention for something you deeply desire to create, experience, become, or contribute. Rather than immediately asking your mind to create the entire roadmap, we’re going to play with possibility. You’ll visualize your intention taking root, allow yourself to experience it as though it is unfolding before you, connect with the emotions it creates within your body, and expand your capacity to imagine yourself actually living what your heart is calling you toward. At the center of this meditation is one of my favorite affirmations: Everything my heart touches multiplies and turns to gold. Not as a promise that everything will unfold exactly as we imagine it, but as an intentional inner posture toward what we choose to love, nurture, steward, create, and wholeheartedly participate in. The intention of this practice is embodiment. To move your vision beyond something you merely think about and begin developing a more familiar relationship with the person you are becoming through it. To see it. Feel it. Believe in its possibility. Choose in relationship with it. And ultimately bring the qualities and emotions connected to that vision into how you live right here, right now. Because expansion isn't only about reaching the next shoreline. It is about expanding who you are capable of being while navigating toward it. This meditation invites you to crack your heart a little wider, wonder beyond what your mind can currently see, and then surrender your attachment to exactly how the outcome must arrive. Plant the seed. Water it with your attention. Feel what it awakens within you. And then return to your life with a commitment to participate in what you have placed on your heart. See it. Believe it. Choose it. Be it. May this practice remind you that your heart is not only capable of dreaming about a more meaningful life. It can become the compass through which you begin living it. 🤍 Everything my heart touches multiplies and turns to gold.

The Sacred Practice of Knowing Yourself

The Sacred Practice of Knowing Yourself... What if the answers you're searching for aren't somewhere outside of you, but waiting beneath the noise? In this episode of Heart Quest, we're exploring the art of self inquiry and the power of slowing down long enough to truly witness yourself. We'll dive into how meditation, reflective journaling, mindfulness, and contemplative practices can increase self awareness and help you recognize the habits, patterns, triggers, beliefs, and behaviors quietly shaping your life. Because what we can see, we can begin to get into relationship with. And when awareness creates space between what happens and how we respond, something powerful becomes available: Choice. We'll explore how self inquiry strengthens the connection between your mind, body, and heart, expands your capacity to sit with discomfort, builds self trust, and creates greater emotional freedom. This isn't about searching for everything within yourself that needs to be fixed. It's about becoming the compassionate observer of your experience so you can recognize what has been leading you and consciously choose what gets to lead now. This is where self study becomes self actualization. You notice the pattern. You listen to the body. You question the story. You hear the heart. And then you choose. Your heart is the compass. Self inquiry is one of the ways we learn to listen. 🤍 ✨ Join our free Telegram Inspired Life Telegram Channel where we continue these conversations through guided reflections, journaling prompts, and real-time implementation.

From Inherited Survival to Intentional Living

In this deeply vulnerable episode, I’m sharing the story of what it meant to be born into generations of survival, chaos, scarcity, addiction, instability, and the constant search for safety. From moving home to home, experiencing abandonment, emotional and physical abuse, and learning how to survive at a very young age, these patterns shaped the way I related to love, relationships, safety, and myself for years. This is the story of how those survival patterns followed me into adulthood through addiction, unhealthy relationships, reckless choices, and constantly running from anything that felt uncomfortable. But it is also the story of the moment I decided to stop fighting life and start fighting for a life worth living. I share how self-love became the foundation that helped me raise a new standard, build boundaries, reclaim my agency, and begin creating life on my own terms. We’ll explore what it means to become the cycle breaker, not by rejecting where you came from, but by honoring the resilience you inherited while choosing what no longer gets carried forward. Today, as I reflect on the safe home, meaningful work, loving relationships, and family I have created, I can see how healing ripples far beyond just one person. It moves into our homes, our relationships, our communities, and generations to come. This is a conversation about survival becoming strength, self-love becoming legacy, and what becomes possible when your heart becomes the compass for building a life that reflects truth, safety, boundaries, purpose, and love. The cycle can end with us, and something more loving can begin through us. ✨ Join our free Telegram Inspired Life Telegram Channel where we continue these conversations through guided reflections, journaling prompts, and real-time implementation.

The Day I Decided Negative Self-Talk Would No Longer Lead My Life

In this deeply personal episode, I’m sharing the story of the version of me who lived consumed by negative self-talk, external validation, fear, and the belief that everyone else’s needs and opinions mattered more than my own. I take you back to the moments when the noise became too loud, the self-sabotage became too painful, and I found myself curled up on my bathroom floor knowing something had to change. This is the story of how I began choosing self-love, asking for support, learning to receive, rebuilding trust within myself, and taking radical responsibility for the life I desired to create. I share what it truly took to discipline my mind, soften my inner critic, widen my capacity to sit with discomfort, and continue choosing what unconditional love would do even when the path felt unfamiliar. We’ll dive into why trust is something we build through applied action, why nervous system work really works, and how discipline can become devotion to the life you say you desire. This is about learning that resilience isn’t controlling the storm, it’s trusting yourself enough to adjust the sails and remain connected to your heart even when you can’t see the shoreline yet. The woman curled up on that bathroom floor didn’t know where one decision would take her. She simply knew she could no longer allow fear and negative self-talk to write the script. She chose again. And again. Until her choices became trust, trust became discipline, discipline became devotion, and devotion became evidence of what she had been capable of all along. This episode is an invitation to remember that radical responsibility can be one of the most liberating paths you ever choose. The storm doesn’t get to decide who you become. You do. ✨ Join our free Telegram Inspired Life Telegram Channel where we continue these conversations through guided reflections, journaling prompts, and real-time implementation.

There’s Gold in Your Story: Why Your Story Matters

This podcast episode is about the power of your story and recognizing that your origin story is your authority. Your story is your edge. Your origin story is your authority. There is a reason you care about what you care about. The work you feel called to create. The people you desire to serve. The causes you advocate for. The conversations that light a fire inside of you. So often, there is an experience behind it all. In this episode, we’re diving into the power of your origin stories and how the moments that shaped you can become some of your greatest sources of wisdom, connection, leadership, and meaningful contribution. Your heartbreak can deepen your capacity to love. Your anger can become fuel. Your trials can hold treasure. Your pain can bloom into purpose. This isn’t about believing every painful chapter needs to be shared publicly. It’s about having the courage to look at what you’ve lived and ask: What did this teach me? Who did I become? What do I care about because of it? And how can what I’ve learned serve beyond me? Because storytelling does something facts alone cannot. Stories allow us to feel each other. They create the me too.The I’ve been there. The I thought I was the only one. Your experiences aren’t something you need to hide. They may be the very thing that shaped the leader you are here to become. You lived it. You learned through it. You rose through it. Now, what are you going to do with it? Stop hiding the damn story that qualifies you. 🔥 ✨ Join our free Telegram Inspired Life Telegram Channel where we continue these conversations through guided reflections, journaling prompts, and real-time implementation.
