The Remarkable Dentist Podcast with Fred Joyal

I’ve read Fred’s books and had the pleasure of seeing him speak at several conferences. He always has great advice on how to attract and retain the right kind of patients, hire the right team, and create a well-run practice. I just listened to his podcast with Steve Bilt and loved the examples of how patient expectations have changed and what dentists can do in response.
