She has worked in clinical settings her whole career and recently ventured out and began her own virtual coaching business for persons with diabetes to get an anti-diet approach to help them manage their blood sugars. She has seen negative effects of yo-yo dieting or elimination of food groups for those with diabetes and uses an “all foods fit” approach to help her clients get where they want to be with diabetes management.
