However, thanks to the recent end of the hiring cycle this season, the Jaguars got a really lucky break in hiring Doug Pederson. We go over his resume and why he's a good fit. On top of this though, there has been some discussion around Byron Leftwich, the Offensive Head Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
