Pain

Pain in the form of anxiety and depression is not easy to counter-attack. It robs off one's confidence. Dealing with such pain is worse than any darkest nightmare. But, belief in yourself and the people who care about you. You can always count on them. Music: www.bensound.com Sad Pain cuts deep Scars that remain Shrouded in darkness The slight chill Stranded and scrambled Hope in molten dreams The battle ain’t done just numb and cold Raw thoughts , empty pages Frozen and still in lines worn out and tears in my eyes Ps :Time and Again - Oliver

Support

Love y’all who have been constantly supporting and guiding me through the wilderness. Everyone must have been going through troublesome situations but having a friend out there who doesn't make you feel alone is the best one we could ever have. I’m grateful that I have you guys. Love

This episode features a poem about love that I wrote. Everyone has a different opinion about love. Love is unique to all, it changes over time, it has different forms. No matter what, do not stop spreading Love! Music: www.bensound.com

Confusion

We all get confused at some point of time but then comes clarity that’s how Normal things work . But the people with anxiety and depression disorder don’t feel the same way . They’re pretty much confused all the day and I do feel the same . We gotta help each other so we don’t end up crying wet streams

Therapy day-10

This episode is all about the things I’ve been feeling lately . I think few people out there can also relate. It feels like we’re abandoned and we’re gonna fail at everything we do . This is a phase and we can get through this together. Love ya peeps
