    Fear, Resilience and Covid

I beat the stage fright jitters by just kinda going for it. If you find yourself recording and end up with some awkward pauses or a bucket full of "ummm"'s, hopefully you can reflect on this and know you are certainly not the only one! The important thing is putting yourself out there and getting your ideas down, not trying to be a perfect podcast presenter on your first try.
