Rush Dorsett is a Voice Coach, Singer, and Founder of EmbodiedVoice® Coaching where she supports creative leaders in awakening their authentic voice and tapping into empowered self-expression.  She holds a dual Master's Degree in Vocal Pedagogy and Vocal Performance from New England Conservatory, and is a Certified YogaVoice® teacher. She is also a certified Sound Healer. She is passionate about weaving voice and energy work together as tools for self-realization, and inspiring joy through vocal expression.

She is currently wrapping up graduate school to begin her journey as a licensed clinical mental health counselor. She owns her own business, Penrose Creative Healing, where she coaches others, and has become a certified astrologer. She  facilitates a group and community for divorced women called A League of Divorced Women. Pamela  hosts a podcast called, A League of Divorced Women, where she interviews divorced women about their stories of resiliency and strength.

Valencia Harris is the President & Founder of Empower All, Inc. She is an educator that has taught both elementary and STEM education for over 12 years. Harris is a third-year doctoral student studying Educational Equity at North Carolina State University. Her educational and career experiences have fueled her drive to diversify the teacher pipeline, push culturally relevant pedagogy as standard, increase the presence of students of color in STEM, and create an equitable education for all students. 

Valencia shares her story of bringing passion, education (STEM), inclusion, and mental health together to create a place for all children to be fully human! She desires to integrate these critical aspects of life to create equitable education for all. We discuss her early resistance to becoming a teacher, her experience as a black woman in the school system, her experience owning a non-profit, and her encouragement to other women who struggle with infertility.
