Part one of two episodes. Holy meow ballz! Where do I even begin? How about a briefing? Meowing chef not only has amazing recipes but announces spooky childrens book The Creepy Culinary Adventures of Nia Luna. Meowing chef also announces an October podcast special. 31 days of Dread and Delicious, a daily foodie/slasher movie pairing put together by Ms. Meow with picks by past Mystic Meals Podcast guests. Chef Nikki does not fudge around, she has some incredible guests! Check out her amazing podcast episodes. There are more than a hundred of them featuring notable chefs, celebrities, authors and many other talented people. All of them go in depth getting to know the guest very well. I’m hooked! I love a cozy late night TV show vibe. The Mystic Meals Podcast does not end there folks. She has amazing recipes and her creative ideas have been featured in the popular newspaper magazines LA Weekly and Parade. Let’s seeee, Oh yes. She has her own seasoning line. I can’t wait to try these creative flavors because Chef Nikki can combine anything and make it work! yum. LIke her website. Check out the concoction she whipped up at mysticmeals.com I will put it this way, Nicole Andrea Guzman is a very intuitive, caring and talented artist. It is the courage and the faith she has in herself that makes her great at what she does. It takes that drive, determination and ambition combined with the talent to cook, write and uplift others. She is a delicious recipe herself. I do want to add something here, I am not a writer and I know I can not do this podcast description any justice in comparison but I did take some inspiration from Chef Nikki along the lines of her talking about “it never hurts to ask, if you know how”. Well, I do not know how to ask so I kinda decided to make this episodes soundtrack with “intention” in hopes she would enjoy rockin out to it so much that I hear this band on her show one day. lol. Shameless? yes. But hey I gotta work on getting my meow ballz on like Nikki… MeOoooW not tiny mew mews. Thank you for hanging out with us Nikki! I forgot to ask you what your favorite recipe was. Or any food question at all! Oh wow. Maybe we can get a round two in the future. music soundtrack: ‘Funk Sweat’ -Three Parts Acid ‘Money For The Honey’ -Noir Addiction ‘Toxic Twins’ -Noir Addiction ‘How She’s Got It’ -Noir Addiction
