Glove is an anagram, standing for Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter. The requisition order describes it as a conductive distraction and de-escalation device. It will be issued to Homeland Security Investigations (H.S.I.) and Enforcement Removal Operations (ERO) officers and agents. The devices will be delivered by March 31 of next year. We don’t know yet how many they’re ordering, how much each pair of gloves cost, or when they will be implemented. These GLOVES are set to be acquired by ICE and are expected to help with their raids, apprehensions, and goal to capture 2,000 immigrants a day. Lindsey Graham may be dead, but his favorite war in Iran isn’t Whether you think this war was a good idea or just a neo-con fantasy come to life, things are going from bad to worse. The administration was not prepared for Iran to be so resilient. Trump and his advisors made a mistake that Lao Tzu warned about all that back in 6th century BCE: “There is no greater danger than underestimating your opponent.” While the Strait of Hormuz has been closed for months and multiple peace deals have fallen through, it’s American’s paying the price. We’ve felt the pain at the pump. We’ve felt the fertilizer shortages. And while Trump may say he doesn’t care about Americans' financial distress, he may start to care about this failing war when it becomes more of an embarrassment then it already is.
