    030 - Owning Your Gifts: Self-Worth, Spirituality & Stepping Into Your Authority with Jen Thomas

    What if the very beliefs making you question your worth are also preventing you from fully owning, and being rewarded for, the gifts you have to offer? In Part Two of my conversation with Jen Thomas, we move beyond her career and business journey to explore some of the deeper patterns she discovered along the way. Jen shares how imposter syndrome and an unconscious belief that she wasn’t good enough were showing up not as obvious insecurity, but as proving, fixing, doing more and overgiving - patterns she believes ultimately contributed to a second burnout. That leads us into a fascinating conversation about money, receiving and why those of us working in coaching, wellbeing, healing and spiritual fields can find it particularly difficult to place financial value on what we do. From there, we explore another thread that has been present throughout Jen’s life: her deep connection with nature and the spiritual experiences that eventually became central to both her life and work. Jen shares her relationship with nature, the white lions, angels and Goddess Isis, and why her spiritual work is ultimately not about following someone else’s rules, but developing self-leadership and trusting your own experience.     029 - When There Has to Be Something More: Following Your Gifts with Jen Thomas

    What happens when you have a successful career, you’re good at what you do — and yet something inside you keeps whispering that there must be something more? In this episode of Gifts Into Gold – Where Money & Soul Collide, I’m joined by priestess, professional coach, energy healer and certified angel guide Jen Thomas. Jen’s career began almost by accident in marketing and eventually took her into the video games industry, where she spent ten years in a career she genuinely loved. But as her work became increasingly driven by processes, systems and numbers, Jen began to feel disconnected from the creativity, intuition and emotion that came naturally to her. Eventually, burnout brought her corporate career to an end and opened the door to an entirely different journey. We talk about Jen’s recovery, retraining as a coach and the evolution of her business — from career and confidence coaching, through marketing and business mentoring, to gradually embracing the spiritual and intuitive gifts that she initially found frightening to share publicly. Jen describes this period as “coming out of my spiritual closet” — a beautiful example of how vulnerable it can feel to stop hiding the parts of ourselves that don’t fit neatly into the identity we’ve previously created.
