UFC 332: Natalia Silva vs Wang Cong | Who Takes Over After Shevchenko?

Valentina Shevchenko is out, the UFC women’s flyweight championship is vacant, and someone new is leaving Salt Lake City with the belt. Natalia Silva comes into UFC 332 with 14 straight wins, including her last three against Rose Namajunas, Alexa Grasso and Jessica Andrade. That’s a pretty convincing case for being next. But Wang Cong has won four straight in the UFC, most recently against Tracy Cortez, and now has the opportunity to turn that run into a championship. Silva has beaten the bigger names. How much does that difference matter when these two meet for the belt? Full main card picks, a sleeper fight you do not want to miss, and Stand On It Locks of the Week for: Natalia Silva vs Wang Cong, Deiveson Figueiredo vs Payton Talbott, King Green vs Esteban Ribovics, Roberto Soldic vs Khaos Williams, Ateba Gautier vs Roman Kopylov, plus the recap of UFC Fight Night: Rosas Jr. vs. Barcelos. Alexandre Pantoja gets his chance to take the belt back from Joshua Van at UFC 331. Van comes into the rematch as champion, but Pantoja’s pressure and submission threat give him plenty to deal with. Keeping Tsarukyan off him is the hard part. Full main card picks, AJ’s sleeper fight, and STAND ON IT LOCKS for Joshua Van vs Alexandre Pantoja 2, Arman Tsarukyan vs Mauricio Ruffy, Patricio Pitbull vs Dooho Choi, Gable Steveson vs Sean Sharaf, and Alonzo Menifield vs Iwo Baraniewski. Noche UFC: Jean Silva vs Jose Miguel Delgado | Short Notice, Big Opportunity

Jose Miguel Delgado wasn’t planning on fighting at Noche UFC, but a short-notice main event against Jean Silva was too good to pass up. He’s coming off wins over Andre Fili and Austin Bashi, and now he gets a much tougher assignment over five rounds. Silva is the clear favorite, but Delgado has plenty to gain here. Can he take advantage of the opportunity, or is this too much, too soon? Full main card picks, a sleeper fight you do not want to miss, and Stand On It Locks of the Week for: Jean Silva vs Jose Miguel Delgado, Brandon Moreno vs Joseph Morales, Tommy McMillen vs Marwan Rahiki, Manon Fiorot vs Alexa Grasso, Waldo Cortes Acosta vs Curtis Blaydes, David Martinez vs Dan Ige, plus the recap of UFC Paris, France: Dan Hooker vs Salahdine Parnasse. UFC Paris: Dan Hooker vs Salahdine Parnasse | A Top-10 Test on Day One

Salahdine Parnasse is finally making his UFC debut, and there’s no warm-up fight waiting for him. The former KSW featherweight and lightweight champion gets Dan Hooker, a ranked veteran who has spent years fighting the best guys in the division. Hooker is coming off two straight losses, but at this stage of his career he’s still one of the toughest tests you can give somebody trying to enter the top 10. Parnasse has the speed, pressure and finishing ability that have given Hooker problems lately, but this is also a major jump from dominating in Europe to facing a proven UFC contender. Is Parnasse immediately the guy at lightweight, or is Hooker about to remind everybody how difficult this level really is?
Full main card picks, a sleeper fight you do not want to miss, and Stand On It Locks of the Week for: Dan Hooker vs Salahdine Parnasse, Michael Page vs Nursulton Ruziboev, Daniil Donchenko vs Punahele Soriano, Losene Keita vs Muhammad Naimov, Morgan Charrière vs Felipe Lima, plus our recap of UFC Shanghai: Umar Nurmagomedov vs Song Yadong. UFC 330: Makhachev vs Machado Garry | Legacy Meets the Future

Islam Makhachev and Ian Machado Garry are going to be framed as the next chapter of Khabib vs McGregor. Dagestan vs Ireland, the dominant pound-for-pound great against the loud Irish challenger. But this matchup is more interesting than the comparison. From the looks of it, Makhachev should control this fight. He is more proven, more complete, and has spent years making elite fighters look ordinary. But Garry is being overlooked for reasons that have more to do with how people feel about him than what he can actually do. He is bigger, longer, younger, owns wins over former champions, and his only career loss came against Shavkat Rakhmonov. Since then, he has rebounded by beating Carlos Prates and Belal Muhammad. Is Makhachev about to crush another challenger, or is the next Irish champion about to be crowned? Full main card picks, a sleeper fight you do not want to miss, and Locks of the Week for: Edson Barboza vs Esteban Ribovics, Mansur Abdul-Malik vs Dustin Stoltzfus, Charles Johnson vs Eduardo Chapolin, Mackenzie Dern vs Gillian Robertson, Islam Makhachev vs Ian Machado Garry, plus the recap of UFC Fight Night: Gamrot vs Salkilld. UFC Abu Dhabi: Magomed Ankalaev vs Bogdan Guskov | Fortune Favors the Prepared

Magomed Ankalaev is trying to get back into the light heavyweight title picture after losing the belt to Alex Pereira. From the looks of it, this is the kind of fight he should control. He has more experience and more ways to win. But Bogdan Guskov took this on short notice (replacing injured Khalil Rountree Jr), has finished all 18 of his wins, and only needs one clean exchange to make all of that irrelevant. Is Ankalaev still the guy who should be fighting for the belt, or is Guskov about to skip the line? Full main card picks, a sleeper fight you do not want to miss, and Locks of the Week for: Abubakar Vagaev vs Saygid Izagakhmaev, Rizvan Kuniev vs Tyrell Fortune, Magomed Zaynukov vs Damian Rzepecki, Islam Dulatov vs Wellington Turman, Steve Erceg vs Ramazan Temirov, Magomed Ankalaev vs Bogdan Guskov, plus the recap of UFC Fight Night: Du Plessis vs. Usman.
