We are in the beginning stages of the podcast, so right now were having fun and trying to create content. We know what we want this to podcast to evolve into so hopefully everyone sticks around for it and the surprises to come. Overall we feel like this podcast is an outlet for us to be our creative selves. We want to tell stories, make ppl laugh, reach out to introverted ppl like us, and in the process grow as individuals. Hopefully all this can inspire or impact someone in a good way, but also be a getaway from everything even for a bit.

    On this episode, we get into another movie bash that doesn't get bash it deserved, but the respect it needed. What are we kidding, we were simping hard as hell with these movies. We get into World War movies from WW1 & WW2 era. Pilsen Don picked 1917, Nevin picked Inglourious Basterds, and Luis picked Grave of The Fireflies. All very great movies, from the writing, cinematography, and production, it makes sense why these movies were hard to bash. We talk about some facts about the movies, what is plot armor, divert into relearning World War history, and controversy of war films in regards of historical accuracies and depictions.

Our hosts each pick a movie of a certain genre/ category, while the others have to "bash" the movie on why it isn't good to them. For our first Movie Bash we are going with our favorite movie. Like every favorite movie, it changes all the time like your top 5 favorite rappers. Alex (@pilsendon) picks Blood In Blood Out, Luis picked No Country For Old Men, and Nevin picked Adastra. We dive into the good & bad of each movies, the POC sterotypes in movies, Alex's hate for Applebees, and what these film meant for us/ why we picked them.
