So often, we’re told that to change our life, we just need to think differently. But real change doesn’t start only in the mind. You don’t manifest a new life by thinking about it, you become the person who can hold it. And that becoming happens through the body. When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, no amount of positive thinking, visualisation, or “trying harder” creates sustainable change. Because healing isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about feeling safe enough to be who you already are, and live differently without forcing it. Healing is an identity shift. And regulating the body is what allows that new identity to emerge naturally.
