Danielle’s topics seem to always hit me exactly when I need them. Just recently I listened to “What it means to borrow belief” and I was listening to it exactly at the time I was pushing myself,m beyond my limits, going through the negative self talk that says “you’re not doing enough”, trying to measure up to an ideal version that I will never be able to live up to. I believed God worked this way, that I was ONLY lovable if I was doing the “right” thing and that left me paralyzed afraid to do anything because if I did it wrong I believed I would be punished. I have found that I am enough and loved by Jesus and only through hardship was I able to truly understand the depths of His love for me. Then I hear “Not Today” my word! It was at that moment of excessive thoughts of a never ending “to do list”, anxiety and overwhelm of what I thought I SHOULD be doing. Danielle reminded me that one day at a time, go easy and that God doesn’t expect us to accomplish an entire lifetime or book in one day! Life is meant to be enjoyed. Thank you for your inspiration, I love how your guest’s have a willingness to be real, raw and vulnerable. I appreciate the honest questions and true compassion and hope from this program.
